Chris is a versatile, results-driven Web Developer with over 15 years of experience designing, developing & implementing global mission-critical software and Web applications.

He possesses an extensive background in software/database design and Web development and deployment. As Director of Software Development for the NYC Board of Education, he conceptualized, and led the development and implementation of the Online Occurrence Reporting System (the first of its kind in the nation) as well as the Online School Safety Plan which resulted in a 300% increase in the school’s system compliance with Federal and State Schools Against Violence in Education (SAVE) legislation, was utilized in the evacuation of NYC students from the Ground Zero area on 9/11, as well as received national acclaim and becoming a model for safety plan reporting systems throughout the country.

He has pioneered innovative technical solutions to increase revenue, expedite workflow, simplify processes, improve service levels and reduce operating costs for companies such as the Stenograph Corporation, Merrill Lynch, JP Morgan, D’Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles, Aga Ranges and Oxford University Press. He has also executed development projects for Jack Morton (Verizon Wireless and FIOS) as well as multi-media projects for Madison Square Garden Entertainment. He is skilled at online collaborative and project management tools, dynamic multimedia and video delivery systems.

Chris specializes in database-driven and dynamic websites including custom-built CMS (Content Management Systems). He currently develops in PHP (pure PHP, PHP with OOP, PHP with frameworks) and MySQL utilizing HTML/XHTML/HTML5, CSS, Flash, Javascript, jQuery, & AJAX.
